Alex Media Desk produces short-form and long-form video. There is a large backlog of footage waiting to be edited, and we are hiring a handful of editors to work through it with us on a monthly salary.
One thing, deliberately: hiring two to four video editors and getting through the backlog. We would rather pay a few people properly and keep them than churn through a crowd of freelancers.
Salaried remote editing work, paid twice a month in rupees through Wise. Rs 110,000 per month to start.
Once our own backlog is under control, we intend to take on outside work. We are not selling that yet and have nothing to pitch.
